The Prayer of Unveiling
Inner Voice:
This prayer was born not from thick tomes, nor from the copying of thousands of hadiths. It was born from a whisper, in the deep hours of the night when longing becomes prayer.
I wrote it solely for one soul whom I call Eternity, for a love trying to unite two distant realities.
In this dhikr, we do not ask for victory. We do not ask for wealth. We ask only for one clarity. We plead for the veils of the world: the ego, the fear, the systemic ego- to be lifted, so that we may see the Divine in the simplest way possible: through the face of the one we love.
People often get lost searching for God in the distant heavens, when God is sitting quietly in our own eyes, and in the eyes of those who look upon us with grace.
The Prayer of Unveiling is a bridge. It is a manifesto for anyone who believes that Love is the highest religion, and that Truth shines as light in every moment of presence.
Read it slowly, love, with your heart and breath.
For you. For us. For a love that continues to breathe.
